If you see any of these below in play while interacting with a recruiter, we recommend being suspicious of the sender, and contact Bizforce for clarification. Our recruiters will not mind if you are double checking a position to clarify if it is a legitimate job posting.
- Requests for payment for training, equipment, or background checks.
- Unverified email domains such as gmail.com or bizforce-careers.com.
- Unrealistic pay offers or instant hiring promises.
- Requests to communicate only via WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Demands for personal or financial details before an official offer.
How to Verify a Real Bizforce Recruiter
Bizforce recruiters operate on strict internal policies in order to maintain consistency and build high trust with our partners and employees. These are some indications that you are interacting with a real Bizforce recruiter:
- Check that the position is listed on our official website: https://bizforcenow.com/careers/
- Verify that emails come from @bizforcenow.com (or @medcoresolutions.com for Medcore positions only). Look very carefully at the email address specifically, and not just the “from” name.
- Remember, we will never request payments, gift cards, or sensitive data during the hiring process.
- All interviews are conducted via verified phone lines or video conferencing platforms.
- Official job offers are sent directly by our Recruitment team.
